Randi Land, M.A., M.S.S., Senior Associate, is a clinical social worker and mediator. In addition to her conflict resolution expertise, she is also a writer and journalist. With a background in international relations and cross-cultural communications, Randi also brings to the ARIA Group her experience in working with families, couples and groups, particularly around issues of loss and transition.
