David
Peter Stroh
David Peter Stroh is a founding partner of Bridgeway
Partners. He previously co-founded Innovation Associates, the
pioneering consulting firm in the area of organizational learning,
with Peter Senge, et al. His expertise lies in visionary planning,
leadership development, systems thinking, organization design,
and change management.
David enables
diverse stakeholders to align around a common
purpose and integrate their thinking to improve
individual and collective performance. Over
the past several years he has focused on applying
systems thinking to conflict resolution, both
within individual organizations and around
such deeply embedded problems as the Israeli-Palestinian
conflict and civil unrest in Burundi. His not-for-profit
and public sector clients have included the
World Bank, Kellogg Foundation, Collaborative
for Development Action, Alliance for International
Conflict Prevention and Resolution, National
Urban League, and Massachusetts Department
of Social Services. He has also worked extensively
in the private sector with such clients as
British Petroleum, Shell, Amalgamated Bank
of South Africa, Gillette, Johnson & Johnson,
Unilever, Siemens, and Digital Equipment Corporation.
David is on
the board of the Global Action Network Net,
a charter member of the global Society for
Organizational Learning, and a frequent speaker
at the annual Systems Thinking in Action Conference.
He was a National Science Foundation Fellow
at MIT, where he earned an M.A. in City Planning.
He also graduated Summa cum Laude with degrees
in Civil Engineering and Urban Studies from
the University of Michigan.
