  • YSI Incorporated
    • Mediated settlement agreements between the corporation and its neighbors after ground well pollution occurred.
  • Verizon Information Services
    • Worked with the organization during their transition from New York Bell to Verizon, training leadership and installing a dispute design system.

Educational Institutions

  • The Miami Valley School
    • Worked with faculty and administration to collaboratively design a faculty evaluation system unique to the school.
  • University of Cincinnati
    • Worked with The College of Education, Criminal Justice and Human Services during a major structural transition.

Government

  • Village of Yellow Springs
    • After an internal dispute between citizens and governing bodies, worked with the community to heal rifts and provide the foundation for a more cooperative future.
  • City of Dayton Human Relations Council
    • During a time of leadership transition and economic hardship, provided conflict coaching, conflict engagement services and collaborative planning.

Health Care

  • Greene Memorial Hospital
    • Worked with executive leadership on conflict resolution training and dispute design.
  • Wright State University School of Medicine
    • Worked with administration and educators to create and implement a strategic plan.

International

  • Romanian Mediator Training
    • Commission by the US State Department to provide training to government mediators working with issues of ethnic diversity and reconciliation.  Also worked with a non-profit to train professionals working with Hungarian / Romanian Reconciliation and issues surrounding the Roma population.
  • Transform: “Beyond Managing the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict”
    • Hired as method development consultants to develop a new method for social transformation in conflict.

Religious Organizations

  • Congregation of Sisters of St. Agnes
    • Facilitated a retreat for this social justice organization.
  • Unitarian Universalist Association
    • Mediated intra-church conflicts and led keynote workshop for a national convention of its ministers.
